Mining job allows to provide ores for manufacture and some to alchemists. Mining Manual at Blacksmith permits to learn basis of this job in addition, you need a PickAxe from Blacksmith. To drop ores, be in battle mode, stay pushed on Ctrl and hit brown rock (blue is for 70%+) with your PickAxe in Mines and/or Dungeons.
Max % = STR*2 (Full Swing PickAxe = 130 STR)
