To have a fast intervention without headache, provide with the great minimum :

Day and time of the problem (and not "yesterday" or "at the Event")
Character's name
Account's login
Account's password

In case of item "lost", where to find it must be ABSOLUTELY be known :

Date in which the item was there (at daily reboot's time)
On who it was this day
If it has changed of hand, date and time of this change
Description and characteristics of the item

Add if possible map where it was happened or from which map to which map.
If there is a hidden bug below, it's better to explain the circumstances of the problem :

Specify if you was in party and in this case if others party's members were here or not, etc ...
What was you doing ? (hunt, XP, PvP, picked up an item, bought something, talked to a NPC, used a spell, a skill, etc)

Then, before sending, check on adequate routine if others have problem in the same map (server down ou sleeping server ?).
